Abstract

Physical activity is essential for cancer patients/survivors, protecting against cancer and other diseases. Healthy habits, including regular physical activity, are crucial for patients' well-being. It is important to integrate physical activity into cancer treatment plans to improve outcomes and quality of life. Experts advocate for making physical activity a standard part of cancer care and prescribing sports for all cancer patients. This approach could lead to a healthier future for individuals affected by cancer.
